This tactile and durable object is made from 8mm thick industrial wool that is hand stitched by women from the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
The floral motif evolved out of the desire to use the cut outs resulting from the production of other munk FELT products. The felt is a heat resistant material that provides a soft and protective layer for the table. The natural colour of the felt will complement a wide range of tableware.
